Certified Reliability Engineer(CRE)

Course Overview

This comprehensive CRE certification program spans over a period of 5 days, providing intensive Offline training sessions. The course will follow the ASQ CRE BOK & In addition to it, each candidate will follow a special study plan developed for his/her at the beginning of the program. Individual participants will receive specialized study plans crafted to meet their unique needs and Learning objectives. These plans are developed for each candidate at the program’s outset. The Trainer shares a unique formula sheet, which helps the candidates during the examination.

Course Benefits

  • Demonstrate an understanding of the concepts of reliability engineering.
  • Measure model times to failure using the appropriate probability distribution.
  • Develop reliability test plans that represent the expected use environment and operational conditions.
  • Select, analyze, and interpret the results of various test methods to be used during product development and end-product testing.
  • Use probability and statistical tools to analyze product lifecycle, conduct hypothesis testing, understand appropriate statistical models, tolerance & confidence intervals, sample size determination & regression analysis.
  • Determine a life test, estimate reliability values from the test data, and set confidence limits on the results.
